We process the personal data you provide to us when using our websites (letsrealestate.eu and lregroup.lv), contacting us, or entering into a cooperation agreement. We process the following categories of data:

  • For individuals: name, surname, personal identification code, declared residential address, email address, phone number, payment details, as well as information about the real estate owned by you (cadastre number, address, documents proving ownership).
  • For legal entities: company name, registration number, company representative’s name, surname, position, and contact information (business email address, phone number).

We use your personal data only for specific purposes based on an appropriate legal basis:

  • Conclusion and performance of a contract: To provide real estate brokerage and consulting services, administer payments, and provide customer support.
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations: To comply with accounting requirements and adhere to the requirements of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing (AML) by conducting customer due diligence (KYC) within the framework of transactions.
